Strategic Business Leader（SBL）の概要

ここでは、ACCA試験のProfessional Module必須科目のうち、Strategic Business Leader（SBL）の概要について説明します。

ACCAでは、各科目についてシラバスを発行しており、シラバスに試験の目的や求められる能力、試験範囲が記載されています。全文は、英語になりますが、こちらからダウンロードができます。

SBLの目的

総合的なケーススタディにより、組織におけるリーダーシップやシニアコンサルタント等に必要な能力や専門技術を習得することがSBL試験の目的になります。

SBLで求められる能力

• パフォーマンス管理と価値創造という全社的な観点から、「経営トップの姿勢」を構築、組織にプラスの文化を促進するための優れたリーダーシップと倫理観を発揮できる。
• 組織の社会的責任や年次報告書など、利害関係者に対する取締役会などの責任を認識し、組織のガバナンスやエージェンシーシステムの有効性を評価できる。
• 実行可能な戦略オプションを識別するため、外的環境に対する組織の戦略的立場や内的資源の利用可能性を評価できる。
• 有効なリスク管理体制のもとで、組織のリスクプロファイル及び戦略オプションを分析できる。
• 戦略的な機会の識別や戦略オプションの実行における、組織のバリューチェーンに影響を与える要素を分析するために、適切なITやデータ分析システムを選択し、応用できる。
• 法令遵守や組織目標の達成、資産の保全のための、マネジメントの報告や内部統制、監査体制を評価できる。
• 前略オプションやアクションの計画や実行、評価における、Skills module試験で得た高度な財務手法を適用できる。
• チェンジマネジメントにおいてベストな戦略の選択や破壊的技術（Disruptive Technologies）を適用し、人材その他ビジネス資源の有効活用、プロジェクトの着手、指導、運用並びに革新的思考を通じて組織を成功に導くことができる。
• 専門知識をSBL試験の課題及び現在の自身の仕事経験に適用できる。

SBLの試験構成

SBLは4時間の試験となり、総合的なケーススタディ問題が1問出題されます。

受験者は、問題のシナリオによって様々な役割を付与され、小問数もシナリオによって3問〜5問程度になります。
